Love mine and passing lamps, you should get the chrome trim ring from Harley, the truck lite will stick out further then the stock light.

Be prepared to see things you never saw with the original headlight. Also, don't be surprised or discouraged if you have to experiment with aiming. It took me some time to get the aim just right. Definitely lights up the night.

Yep you'll see signs on the highway you never knew was there. Absolutely love mine. My riding buddy makes sure he is behind me a night. He said if he could turn his headlight off he would because he can't even tell where it's shining when he's behind me.

2010 Limited with some stuff

OK I've heard this enough I'm stopping by the dealership on the way home to grab one.

I had to ride 75 miles of turnpike Sunday night and I don't know what it is but I don't think people teach anyone to turn their ****ing brights off anymore oncoming traffic bright lights on most of them, passing traffic going the same way bright lights in the rear view mirrors when I got to pull back in. I usually don't really have any issues but It's getting harder to see at night as I get older now.

No auxiliary lamps on my glide and not putting them on, that's why I went with the truck-lite the beam width appears to be excellent. The JW/HD daymaker looks cool but I felt it was a little too narrow when I test rode a friends bike and turned the aux lamps off.

Is there anywhere that shows a side by side comparison of the HD Daymaker & TL PH7"?

Edit: Amberwhiskey found it!
There is SOMEWHERE...trying to find it again.
Adding the passing lamps helps ALOT if you get the non-reflector edition of the daymaker. It has an abrupt cut off, which tends to make corners dark if headlight only.
