A few months ago I noticed the left side end piece starting to bubble under the chrome, rust cancer is what we call it ...I think. Anyway I read V&H warranty and its states, 90 days no finish warranty. I was bummed....

So, I took photos and I posted a review on Dennis Kirk where this was bought.
I also posted pictures in this forum. ( i need to find and update that)
So last week I got a voice mail from Dennis Kirk saying they got with V&H and were sending me a new muffler.
Today the UPS guy delivers my new muffler.

I'm awful surprised and even more happy, that some businesses are still run the good old fashioned RIGHT way. Thank You Dennis Kirk & Vance & Hines.

I've been looking for a full face winter helmet or some DOT protection for a while now. Once I find what I like, I'll go to Dennis Kirk to purchase it.

Contact their customer relations personally to express your thanks and contact the Better Business Bureau to report on their level of commitment to their customers. We don't often find companies that will stand behind a product that they sell and it sounds like they were concerned enough about you as a customer to do the right thing.
