Good question which I need the answer for also. Thinking of doing the cam chest and thinking of upgrading the pump while in there.

I do not believe so, The later cam plates and oil pumps were designed to work without an o-ring at the interface.
I just saw you have a 2010, am not sure about that, thought you had a early plate.

What's wrong with what you have now,or why do you think that you need a different oil pump?

I don't have a clue, except, maybe the SE oil pump has more flow?
Not an SE pump, but I had a Feuling oil pump on my 07 FLSTF, the gyrator gears were much larger on that compared to the OEM pump. More flow helps to assist cooling.

my thinking is,more oil flow ,better cooling, and less pressure drop when running around the city, can't hurt with my 107 build.

Higher flow does not necessarily mean cooler engine temps, in some cases the opposite. If the circulation is too fast the oil does not have adequate time to shed heat before it is circulated back from the oil tank to the cylinders.

I was told by FM that I don't need to upgrade the camplate/oil pump for the 107 build
