Anyone running the SE heads and the 259E cams.

i will be running them here shortly on my street glide. my hd stage 4 kit arrived a few days ago. my wide glide however is running them and it really woke it up thats for sure and is a blast to ride.

 

And what do you think , i am going stage 4 on ultra with a 96 hoping it will be good

I had them on a 103 and was surprised with the performance even with the stock pistons.
Depending and what heads you go with, you'll actually drop the compression ratio if you do not install high compression pistons.

Getting your stock heads reworked with the 259e cams would be a lot cheaper and you can keep your stock pistons if you have low mileage.

 

It will put you up in the 100/100 club for sure! Got great power down low all the way up.... Cams have a nice sounding thump to her. Definitely would do it again!
