The H-4 fits all touring, but the silverstar Ultras I found out are only sold in 2 packs, ok for me (road glide)

Here's a table I found explaining the differant types:

http://www.brightheadlights-hid.com/Silverstar.htm

About halfway down shows differant wattage and such.

If the headlight takes a H4 bulb...................what do the passing lamps take for a bulb?

I would like to put the Silverstar Ultras in all 3 if I'm going to do anything.

Where is the cheapest/best place to buy them.............any deals at all on them?

H4 and 9003 are interchangeable.....Per my Sylvania lighting rep, they are not producing the Ultra in a 9003....yet...And yes they are only packaging them in a two pack...logic is that these are an upgradenot areplacement item andcagers will be replacing both bulbs... They may package singles and produce the 9003 for the next lighting season..The Ultra does have a longer expected life..... about a 1/3rd more than the std Silverstar if my memory is correct...short life is one downside of the std Silverstar.....Although I've had a std Silverstar in my wifes Sporty for several years and it's still going strong...

No Silverstar available for the newer passing lamps...I believe they take a #881...(again working off memory) I haven't changed the RK to SilverStar yet because I wanted the headlight and passing lamps to 'match'.....

How much do they cost? Is it just a bulb you plug/replace and not the entiresealed unit? I'm interested in the most light possible as I do alot of riding at night in rural areas...

Also while on the subject of lights: Are the passing/spot lamps a sealed unit or just a bulb?

Thanks for the help guys!
