267 cams 12:1 pistons, hurricane heads, 64mm throttle body should get you in the 145 hp range

why get a 120r when you can get 129/134 out of a 107.LOL

Im in the process of putting the juice to mine..Tman head work,12 to 1 hd pistons and open up the chambers to get 11.4 to 1. I am also going to use 662-2 cams. TR says a solid 140 square with that setup.

Lol. 129/134 out of a 107. And I had people question my 135/132.

That Tman build should be a good one. We have a customer that was going to do that build and decided to go with an Axtell build with tman 662-2 instead. Another possibility.

those are great numbers for a 120r. the dealer where my bike was dyno'ed explained that out of five 120rs they have installed. they are always in the 125/125 range or a bit lower. and one of the motors had some valve train issues right out of the box, and the MoCo was a little bit of a pain to get to "warranty" it but they ended up helping with the issue.

but we are at 5800ft elevation so there isn't alot of oxygen to rip though the motor

Yea I agree great numbers for a 120R. We all know every dyno is a little different and some are a little more happy than others. Ours is probably a little on the happy side but no where near as happy as the one that gets 129/134 out of a mild lift cammed 107

My 120R pulls 139.92 hp and 133.7 tq. The only change out of the box was a set of SE roller rockers.

I would be happy if I bought a 120R and got above 125/125. Once my 124 is broke in I am hoping for 135/135. but I think that's conservative for both motors
