Default Starting my Fuel Moto Big Bore project tomorrow. Any suggestions?

I've had my Fuel Moto 107 kit for 4 or 5 months and finally have the time to install it on my 2011 Ultra Classic.

My build will include pistons & cylinders, cams (TW-555), cam bearings, directional lifters, adjustable pushrods, heavy duty clutch spring, etc. I currently run the FM 2-1-2 headpipe, Supertrapp Stouts, FM hi-flow air cleaner & will tune with a Power Vision (Jamie already sent me a tune).

I have a great set of hand tools, a bearing removal/installation tool, inch & foot pound torque wrenches, assembly lube, new oil & filter, FM DVD and a Service Manual.

Does it sound like I have all of my bases covered?

Does anyone know of anything else that I might need or have any suggestions that might help my install be a 100% success?

Ring compressor or popsicle sticks
Wrist pin installation tool
Maybe a new camplate spring to increase oil pressure?

Shop rags and parts cleaner-brakleen. After first test ride, a camera to take a picture of that goofy *** smile-grin you will have for a while!!! Good luck with your build and it really looks like you have a pretty good grip on what you will need.

I have a set of ring compressors and I've also used fudgesicle sticks before. Tried just using my fingers one time and almost removed my finger prints. Those suckers can be pretty sharp!

Where can I get a tool for the snap rings on the wrist pins? I planned to do these without a special tool.

My bike has less than 2,000 miles on it. Do I need a new cam plate spring?

I already have the Brakleen, just forgot to mention it.

Thanks for the reminder on the shop rags. I used most of mine on a painting project last week, so I will re-stock.
