Breakout box, where to buy?

Breakout box, where to buy?
Anyone know where one can buy the HD diagnostic breakout box (ECM) and adapters so you can check the sensors etc? Is the dealer the only place, and thats IF they would sell to a non HD tech?

They pop up on E Bay from time to time. Used. Some with and without connectors. And they ain't cheap either.

look in the classifieds section.. someone posted both HD breakout boxes up there a few weeks ago...
