Plenty of inventory on the floors and slumping sales just like the housing market....Problems with the 07's..... They will just cut production, and gear up for 08..... Everyone will rush out and by up the 07's on the floor then the 08's will come out and they will be back up running...after breaking the union...MOCO pwer move just like the stealers pull on us..[:@][:@][:@]

You may be better off waiting on the 2008. Workers getting ready for labor action tend to not do the best jobs.

They're is so many bikes on my local dealers floor that you would have a hard time walking through and not bumping into them.

Sounds like a buyer's market in the making? But also true what was said above... Pissed-off labor doesn't tend to turn out the highest quality product either.

Annapolis HD has a show room full of bikes both 06 & 07's. I happen to like the dealership, they are pretty squared away. They also treat you like a customer. Not, like they are doin you a favor like Elkridge HD.

I asked the sales mngr at a local dealer Sat. if the strike had affected them yet,he said no and wasn't worried about it.He said it would be over soon. Not so sure myself,it looks like it's getting deep.

My dealer has already indicated that the strike will affect delivery in the spring so why not buy now from dealer stock. All discounting has been halted. MSRP plus fees now.

Why would you want anything built during a contract dispute?Get your $ back, wait till next yr after making sure that indeed that model is doing ok.Some of these dealers inventory could very well be the early problem builds.
