Default Non color matched inner

Just bought a inner fairing to get painted and I am on the fence on painting it Merlot Sunglo or for some contrast going vivid black.

How many have went black with a colored bike and do you wish you went color matched instead.

Pics would be great also

Match the color. Otherwise it's just generic.

In the event of a two tone match, I prefer going with the darker choice for the inner fairing. I bought a Reckless Fairing for my 'King, and went with the darker of the two tone Candy Rootbeer to reduce glare and am glad I did.
It's a matter of your taste, think it over, you will know what's right for you...

I stay stock- living in the Desert, any bright reflections back at the eyes are no fun for all day riding.

When i was shopping, one of the bikes was Red Hot Sun Glo with a matched inner.

really annoying and that and a couple of other issues ( really poor "tuning" ) I passed on that bike although it was a killer deal.

Instead I bought another bike, also red hot.

Down here the sun is so blazing, I often ride with the filler cap up ( or a hand over it) to cut down on glare.

Just a thought on practicality, there are a lot of times when a matte surface makes for better vision

but as always it is whatever makes the owner happy

The Vivid Black would actually look pretty good with your color.

I had mine painted Vivid Black. I like it. Couldn't have seen painting it any other color.

I went with Ember Red Sunglo with Pewter around the gauges and radio. Chrome accent on the switch plate. Get lotsa compliments on it. I love it and am glad I went 2 tone. No glare issues for me.
