Received an email today with Harley Goodies PayPal information
to purchase their heat shield.

I was ansy and overly anxious, and with no reply I jumped the gun
and went off on an undeserved rant against Tom.

I stand before you and send my most sincere apologies to
Tom and his staff at Harley Goodies.

I'll stand here and take my lashes with a wet noodle, knowing
full well I deserve all of them.

i had done business with them a couple of times in the past and was pleased with the entire transaction. glad this got straightened out. you don't hear enough about the good things-only the bad. thanks for admitting you made a mistake and i wish them continued success in their business.
