Default Street Glide - Aux Lighting help

I have a 2007 Street Glide with a single head light. I just purchased a used auxiliary lighting bar with the two driving lights and turn signals.

Was wondering what kind of special wiring configuration would be needed if any to make this work? Can I just splice the driving lights into the low beam hot wire and turn signals back to the old turn signals?

The turn signals do come with a plug n play connector and do go exactly where the stock plug is behind the fairing. The spots themselves from Harley are low wattage bulbs and no relay is needed.

I did buy the hd rocker switch that says "spot" but I did not follow the directions and wire this into the harness because harleys wire plan will have the spots go off when you use your high beam. I wired them independent to control them myself.

I wish it was that simple...splicing won't end-up well for your FLHX. Best to follow same instructions for HD's 69181-06 kit (installed on my 2009). The two attached pics show where you disconnect the signals (BLU, PURP, BLK) under fairing on L & R side. There's a "grey" wire used for the AUX bulbs & it wires into a AUX light switch in your fairing cap. If you can get your hands on the installation instructions; read them a billion times (not worded well) and then follow them step-by-step. It's not an extremely complex job...just confusing when the notes are written by a Chinese Engineer...
