I think if i can get 150k-200k i will have gotten my money's worth out of my 07...I probably can pick up a 96" or a 103" somewhere and fix it up and just swap it when this one takes a **** on me...might even put a little headwork, cams and other amenities...Other stuff to worry about before that time comes...Forks, swingarms, brakes, other misc.crap...

95K on my '03 EGC. Regular oil/oil filter changes at 5K miles. Runnin Mobil 1 syn in the engine and Amsoil Severe Gear in the tranny. Tranny oil gets changed at 30k intervals. Just rode from Tucson to Vegas last week...runs like a champ! Same here (as mentioned above) ...2nd owner and I knew the 1st owner. Bought it with 10K miles....the last 85K are all mine )

i have an 04, road king that i converted into a road glide, with 144K on the clock. 1 engine build from 88 to 95 and 1 transmission replacement from stock 5 to Baker 6. No worries, would ride it anywhere, i expect to get at least 250K out of the bike before i retire it from service. suspect i will need to replace a few more things but they are built to ride

Nice bike! 35,000 mi is decent; not really low or really high. I bought my 2010 EG this spring with 11,500 mi on it and I considered it low mileage.
While I agree that maintenance is important, most components have a life span and unless maintenance has been totally neglected and the bike stored outside, low mileage rules in terms of buying a used bike.
my 2 cents,
Dave
