A change of just one tooth isn't worth the cost and there is no certainty you won't need a longer belt. Stock pulley is 32T. A 33T will lower rpms from 3,094 to 3,000.
Your cheapest solution is to wear ear plugs! The engine will be fine. You already have tall gearing courtesy EPA and raising it really isn't a good idea IMHO.

bigger in front, smaller in the rear will lower rpm & will make it less zippy (for a better word). I dropped 4 teeth in the rear which would be more like doing 2 teeth on the front, with a rear pulley change from a 2007 1" belt & stayed stock with the front & used a belt that fit the 2007 136T. But with doing a cam change & putting true duals on I think my bike runs better than before. I think the 04's had F 32T & R70T 139T belt 1 1/8" wide belt. As for the pullies http://www.phatperformanceparts.com/...PULLEY&CartID=
I think 1 tooth on the front will drop your cruise rpms about 120 rpms. So if your rpms are 3K @ 80mph it would drop it to 2780.
If you look at the belt adjuster & see how much room you have for adjustment, might give you a better idea if you can run the belt you have now, if there is not much room to move it forward you will more than likely need a different belt.
