Default 96" with 222 cam advice

I just got done Searching for the last hour and all I could find is 103" with the Wood 222 cam..
I caled FM up today and Jamie said the 222 would be the best for what I'm looking for, more passing power. All the dyno charts he has are 103". I know there isn't a big difference from the 96" to the 103" but I would love to hear from any one with a stock 96" motor and stage-1 with the 222 cam.
Only other cam I'm interested in is the SE 204. My Indy dosen't care what cam I get but he likes the 204 and 222 and 48H.
I prefer to buy from FM for there great after the sale service.
I have a trouble free 11 stock 96" with 19000 miles and Bassoni megaphone slip ons with stock head pipe NO cat and FM air kit and a PCV from FM. I ride solo only 190 lbs.

Don't know much about the 222's as they're relatively new, but I had Jamie do the cams and dyno on my bike, and whatever he suggests for you I would pretty much take as gospel.

GPH,

I have the 204's in mine and love them but I think you will be fine with either cam. The 48 from Andrews is pretty stout as well as the 222. The 222 of course will cost more than the other's but will no doubt run like a scared hant. Those are my top picks. But what do I know.

From Fuel Motos web page, scroll down to first dyno sheet. 96" with 222 cams:

Thanks, I'm not the best at navigating web sites.
Just a bit surprised that he is showing 6th gear runs, they give bigger numbers then a 5th gear run. I've had 3 dyno runs by 3 different tuners over the last 4 years and all of them show 5th gear in SAE. I have been told by others that 5th is the standard.
Has any one had a 96" with the 222 done in 5th gear? that's the only way that I know how to compare the numbers.

6th gear is 1 to 1 ratio, 5th gear is 1.18 to 1. 6th gear is going to give you real numbers.

I have a 2008 Road King and I have been running Rinehart True Duals with a Big Sucker A/C. and a Power Commander III. I just added the 222 cams based on all the Dyno #'s I have been reading. I also added a Power Vision. I got a base map from Fuel Moto and I put my o2 sensors back in then ran Auto Tune. WOW what a ride. I love it in every gear and while cruising. Gas milage is at 39 mpg 2 up.

Thanks, that's great to hear. I'm going to have FM send a map for my PCV and hope that's all I will need to do.

My brother and I both have 2010 Street Glides and we installed the TW-222 cams in our bikes over the winter with fuel maps from Jamie for our power visions. It pulls hard 1800 to just over 4000 rpm. We have not had either bike on the dyno but seat of the pants impression is great

You can take away about 2 & 2 I believe on a 6 gear run and that puts you right at 204 numbers. The 222 has the same intake closing as the 204 and that's not by coincidence imo.
