You can install your old rotors on your new wheel but for $115.00 you can get a pair of polished spoke style rotors that look better then the stock HD rotors. The Ultima King Spoke wheels are a Chinese built wheel. If you use the search function you will find a number a long threads on the Ultima Spoke wheels and as far as I know nobody has had any issues with the quality of the wheel.
Are you sure that is a 210-70-21 tire?
Not a 120-70-21 ?
What brand tire ?
Did you have to move the fender ?
Thanks,

My mistake, 120-70-21, Obviously we're talking about the same size tire, no, didn't have to touch the front fender. Edited OP

It's a start. Still do to ...

- Memphis Shades black gradient shield
- Old style horn from J&P
- Round bell-shaped AC from HD
- White saddlebag lid covers
- Chrome saddlebag crash bars from ElectraGlide
- Chrome front fender rails

Bone stock.....so far....Don't think I'm going to "white" it out so I have to find another way. WWW are a strong possibility for starters, but not white grips/boards/seat. Looks good, just not for me. Trim ring light visors will happen...possibly an old S&S ac cover and solo seat...still thinking....and making lists.

That color combo is a great blank canvas to start retro look with your mods. Please post a pic after you get things the way you like it.

Sorry no pics but doing some changes to my '06 RKC this winter. Woody's fairing, stretched CVO bags, new lights, and possibly a 21" front wheel. I say possibly because I've been reading and most guys report the handling of the bike is compromised by adding the bigger wheel, but lowering the front end takes care of it. On flip side want to add the wheel because it will compliment the bike and look supreme bada$$. I will probably just put it on and I can always take it off if I don't like the look or handling.

I'll try and post some pics later on from my home computer.

Love that color. My dealer has one on the floor, and it was the only other combo I liked.
