I think it is meant primarily for the '11 on up bikes, so the rotor would not need to be changed. Otherwise it has all the parts, except for some you can't see such as the bearing and washers which are probably behind the "nut." On pre-'11 bikes you need a SE rotor.

I will be doing this upgrade on my SE compensator this winter.

Amazing...this kit doesn't come with the rotor, but they are charging $50 bucks more for this kit over the SE Comp I just put in. I love my Harley....but I hate the Moco.

Yes I am sure they are offering that upgrade kit for owners of SE compensators...that's pretty much a given. However, if you read the notes beside the slide above, it says "all the sprocket components, with the exception of the spring pak and rotor, have been changed".

So, yes, they "seem" to be missing a few parts in this kit (based on their drawing notes) even for SE owners...of which I am one. Maybe they are just hidden in the photo in the catalog.

Wider cam ramps should lessen wear on the spokes as long as their contact surfaces are sufficiently lubricated and the same case hardening/nitriding is applied to both spokes and cams; the axial roller bearing will only rotate/oscillate by a few degrees, so its longevity seems compromised.
The biggest improvement in this comp is something already being produced in the after market somewhere. The small oil director gismo in the add on kit, and or the new outer primary oil director ribs. All of the improvements are to get that comp lubricated. I'd be more inclined to go with the Screaming Eagle second edition Comp and that oil ramp to keep that comp lubed! You can keep that Torx bolt on there. I can just see it now, thread after thread about the Impact wrench eating the torx bolt and some shade tree type trying to pound what's left of it out with a sledge and chisel! lol

Wait and see if the needle bearings hold up. Looks good but dont wanna be the guinea pig.
