Default making the running lights on Tour Pak run/brake?

I have a 2013 SG, added a 14 Tour Pak and bought some used running lights that go where the chrome strips came stock. The plug connected to the harness that was in the side panel so no problems there. However, is there a way to make that light a Run/Brake instead of just a running light? Thanks in advance for any help.

Ride Time Technology. Plug into wiring, and just run two extra wires and you have everything. Jim

Harley has a unit to convert them. I'm using it in '12 limited.
