Most phones (all that I've ever owned) only allow one simultaneous HFP connection at a time. So, no that wouldn't work.

Thanks for the reply offthewall!!! I tried to use my sons BT Headset the way I suggested. What would happen is I could choose what device to use for the call with my phone, in this case I picked BT Headset. It would work fine for a couple seconds and then would automatically switch over to the HD Boombox which would make it so I could no longer talk.

Hopefully this will get fixed. I actually bought the Street Glide Special for all this Crap! I love my Bike but really feel I don't need all this BS!!! It is nice having the Music though!

Default 2014/2015 Aux Input

For those looking for the "missing" aux input, there is an adapter:

What is the difference between this one, 69200907 and 69200610 the one I originally bought to add the Aux input

Isn't there some kind of wireless headset in the 5.8 Ghz range with a plugin module that HD sells that would fix this problem?

It doesn't seem like HD is really trying to fix the problem; it will go away or solve itself.

Angry Are you really that surprised?

Get real. The install is 8 screws and 15 minutes. The updated firmware changes are loaded from the XM module in about 3 minutes. Install is easier than in earlier bikes. The XM is available for $339 on the net if you look around.

Sure expected more from a relatively new (purchased) dealership that brags resoundingly about their service department. What happened to telling a customer how easy it is to use their new and extremely expensive product???

BTW, there is an Aux Audio input on the rear of the radio, exploring this interface over the next few days... as soon as I get Dealer approval.
Lies are some H-D dealer's stock and trade - sadly! We have one of those dealerships (maybe even more) in the Denver area.

Luckily, there are some scrupulously honest ones around here too!!
