I ordered Jason's fans on Friday night, and they were on my bike Monday afternoon! I've had extensive riding time, and a couple of years experience using both the Lenale fans & Hammerhead Engineering's Love Jug fans, but I have to say, the FCS system is quite impressive. I had read a statement on his website which said that the fans were effective up to 80 mph, and at the time I was a bit skeptical of this claim. But after installing them on my bike, and switching them on, I'm now a believer. I don't think ya need them on at 80 mph, but these are 2 very powerful fans for their size, and could easily move air across the cylinders at that speed. The Love Jugs I had on my RKC claimed a CFM of over 300, but the FCS fans move the air with much greater velocity. I was feeling a noticeably larger volume of airflow out the left side of the bike, than I had with my previous fan setups. The quality of the fans are top notch, and I was most impressed by how the electrical wiring is hidden inside this very solid unit, removing any concerns I had about water related issues. They even have heat reflective insulation on the backside of the fans! The clearance between the fans and the cylinder heads are a perfect fit, with no vibration issues whatsoever. There are usually one or two things that I put on my bike, that I just can't do without. The 14" apes on my now departed RKC, and the FCS on my new Ultra! Nice work Jason.
