Default 08 Street Glide Voltmeter

A quick question for you SG owners.
Does your voltmeter modulate beyond and under 14 when you turn your radio on and turn the volume up?
I think mine has started to modulate when the radio is on. It appears to be somewhat in time with the music coming through the speaker. If I turn the radio off, the modulation stops.
I never noticed this before and can't really remember if it did this before or not.
I just had the TSB for the TBW installed at the dealer where they R&R'd the throttle wire from the handlebar all the way to and including the Induction Module on the engine.
Could there be a wire pinched somewhere? Or, other possible problems?
