I took my 2014 SGS in for service as I lost all audio output. The wiring harness running from the amp to the rear speaker pods developed a short (I installed the harness). They repaired it and never charged me... Thanks Grover for taking care of me....

they better take care of u for 2 years thats the warranty agreement on new bikes, wait till your warranty is up then have someting go wrong and see how any dealer takes care of u

Not all dealers are out to screw you at every turn. I have probably 5 dealers within 20 miles of me. The one i go to is the one where the sales people know you by name and treat you like a friend.

I am upgrading my comp to the 14 version so i needed the glue and tool to install the shield. Called my dealer and they knew I bought the comp from them. Service guy told me to drop it on the way to work and they would take care of it. Picked it yesterday evening and they installed the shield no charge.
This is not the first time thay have done stuff like that for me.
Guess where I refer my friends to????
Sorry OP, I'm glad they fixed your self installed harness. It just gets me that everyone immmediatley decides all dealers are out to screw you.

My dealers the same, they are great and I've never had any issues with them at all..
