I am about to remove Tour pack and am wondering how everyone is mounting their license plate with out the brackets on the bike?

I purchased the removable tour pack rack, seat back, and docking points for both and replaced the license plate bracket with the laydown unit off the wall rack at any dealership

Default plate

I used a Kury unit for the lights and lay-down plate below the lights.

See pic..

I scored this European rear assembly at a flea market in Germany off an International model 2010 SG....I paid €40 or about $55 bucks for it.... a steal...plugged right in!
Covered the holes from my BillBoard mount with a freebie belt buckle...

Using the Road King signal bar:

the led for the plate light needs to be spliced or married into a connector for the run light or fender tip light circuit(s).

Some RK owners swap to another type of light, so these take-offs can be found for under $100- also get the red lens for the RK
