Main Shaft nut
Anyone tell me the main shaft nut size/ socket , for inner primary removal on a 2010 FLTRX 96 cu in

Anybody that has done the inner removal know the size of the socket needed?

2 and 1/4" 6 inches deep for the nut that holds the front pulley
Need to be little clearer on which nut you are talking about. the one that holds clutch or compensator or Pulley

Sorry it's the nut that sits in the clutch basket, my manual calls it the main shaft nut. I'm trying to take off the primary chains and pulleys.

It is either a 30 mm or 1 3/16. Both about the same size. The threads are reverse or left hand. When Harley went to the 6 speed the main shaft changed to metric including the inner primary bearing.
