Default Took my FM107 back to FM for a little more power. Dyno sheets to compare.

2 years ago I had FM do a complete 107 build. Revolution did the crank upgrade, Timken bearing, etc. Had the 107" kit done, level A heads, and the 555 cams installed. At the time I was running the Sinister "Up Yours" pipe, along with the PCV. Here is the sheet on that build.

Last week I took this back into Jamie and had him do the following:
Level B head upgrade
Bumped the compression up to 10.75
P&P throttle body
Woods TW8-6 cams
swapped exhaust to D&D Boss Fatcat.
tuned with Powervision
Here is the dyno sheet for that build

I have only rode it about 5 miles due to the weather here in Illinois... but wow this thing is soooo much more responsive with this new set up!! I can't wait to really get out and ride it!!
By the way... I had about 12K miles on the first build, and the inside of the cylinders, etc... looked like they were just done yesterday! Sure was a good feeling to know that! (and these were not an easy 12K miles lol)

Have you broken any components downstream of that awesome power plant ? I bet tire life is short ! Dig the bike too.

Nice gains! What have you done to upgrade clutch, compensator, etc. to handle the power?

Only the clutch spring so far... I have a friend with a built up 110" running this much power or more with the stock clutch (spring upgrade done), and stock belt, etc... with no problems for 15K miles. So I guess I will see how the stock equipment handles it before getting serious about some upgrades.

Lifespan of the downstream components is probably directly related to how you use that power !
