I spent the weekend removing my V&H Dresser Dual, Fullsac cored mufflers, and 255 cams and installed a set of 222s, Jackpot 2-1-2 stainless head pipe (with Jackpot crossover), and Jackpot dyno tuned 4 inch mufflers...

This thing is like a completely different animal. I used a canned map from Jamie and set the pushrods at 21 flats (should be about .120 preload). I have all but eliminated the top end racket that the bike had new. Haven't found anything that feels like flat spots in the map, no hesitation or popping. I have the auto tune set up for my Powervision so I may do a couple auto tune runs next week.

I do want to say thank you to Jamie and crew at Fuel Moto. The fit and finish of the parts is awesome and shipping was extremely fast.

It was getting dark when I took out for a shake down run, so I will try to get some pics tomorrow... These slash up 4 inch mufflers look awesome and really compliment the shape and flow of the bike.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Fuel Moto also. My latest "build" was to my wife's 13 Switchback. I ordered a Bassani 2in to 1 and the wrong header was in the correctly marked box. I worked with Brian initially and then Kurt at Bassani to get the problem resolved. Brian contacted me 3 or 4 times even after I had been working directly with Kurt to make sure everything was still progressing. I've turned 2 of my friends so far on to Fuel Moto and they've both had very positive experiences also.

 

Fuel Moto's top notch. Those 4" mufflers are some of the best-sounding out there.
