Default Did you paint the speaker grills on your lids?

Getting down to the final steps hopefully before paint....,

For those of you that have purchased and installed the Hogtunes speaker lids, when you had them paintd did you paint the speaker grills too?

On my bagger audio lids I had the grills painted, wasn't sure what most were doing... Also post pics if you have any.... Thanks!

For those of you that are in climates that allow you to ride, ride safe, us up north are jealous!

I went with the Harley Lids and Speakers.
Decided to leave them black so they would contrast well with the White Hot Denim

I am having the grills painted. I couldn't decide what I wanted to do either. I decided that it may be possible that bags with speakers might become even more of a target for thieves so I was hoping painting them might a bit less noticeable. It probably won't matter either way.

Mine is a cvo dark slate so black matched. LOL

They do come off so you can paint em.
My right speaker grill came loose and had to be replaced, It took em 10 minutes this includes taking it in the back and bringing it back out done.
Can't be much to it.
