Default Rivera Pro Clutch vs Barnett Scorpion

I'm gonna buy one or the other (need a new clutch). Did some research first and it looks like the Rivera Pro Clutch was the most recommended but, those posts are old.

Want to see if anything has changed. Please give your feedback on either of these; good or bad. I can't make up my mind.

Might want to throw the bandit sportsman into the search, went through the same decision after putting in my 120 R and didn't see a bad review on the bandit and a few on the both of the others. This clutch handles my engine with no issues. Just throwing it out there.

I had a Barnett Scorpion on my last RG. It was great. I had a Rivera Primo on my Softail and it was great. I don't think you can go wrong with either. My buddy who built a 111 went with Rivera Primo and just ordered the same for his 124. I didn't have problems with either.

I'm leaning towards the Barnett, but the Rivera is less $$. Tks.

Anyone else?

Evolution Industries makes great clutches. Their stuff is all made in the USA.

I have the same clutch in my 111 s&s, can't say anything bad about this clutch. And the staff is great with customer service.

I ran a Bandit Sportsman Clutch in my 120" FatBoy for the last 10 years without any issues. I also ran a Barnett Scorpion Clutch in my 124" StreetGlide for 3 years. I inspected the Barnett this fall and some of the friction plates were damaged. If I would have to do it all over again, I'd get a Bandit for the StreetGlide.

I just had a Bandit Sportsman installed but was told the Barnet would have been fine for my build. the Larger builds are where I hear issues with the Barnett and nothing but praise for the Bandit.

Same here, I was going with the Barnet because I had been running there Kevlar extra plate clutch pack for a couple years in my 106 and loved it compared to stock. Then after searching all the threads and reviews decided on the American made Bandit, love it! Less clutch pull than my Barnet/AIM 92P/ SE heavy spring combo I was running and it shifts so much smoother in any gear. Installed with no special tools and it pulls great!

Good stuff. The Bandit Sportsman is another option. Who has the best price for it?
