As anyone on the East coast can tell you it rained today. Oh well. Friday I took off for Front Royal VA from Creedmoor, NC. 250 miles one way. Had a really nice ride up Spent the weekend with great friends, went to the Air and Space Museum on Sat and the Redskins game on Sunday.

Only two bad things happened the Skins lost in the last minute and then it rained all day Monday on I 95. If you were going South you may have seen the crazy guy on the Red/White/& Blue flag bike yep that was me. Sorry if I pissed ya off. Found the spray easier to deal in the front of the line.

 

Awesome paint job!!! We did 455 miles on our weekend trip. Beautiful, sunny weather here in FL. It's just like summer...too not still.

No issue with the rain riding technique 99% of the time the cages vapor lock and it is easier and safer keeping a steady speed that is faster than the lemmings nose to tail in their conga lines

That's quite the paint job you've got there. Local painter? Used to ride out to Front Royal all the time on my way to the Blue Ridge Parkway. There's some gorgeous country out that way. I prefer being in front during the rain as well.
