Just follow the instructions and you'll be good. It's pretty user friendly. The base maps are pretty good from fuel moto but doing a few AT runs will improve your tune. Just don't get caught with more than two buddies with you while out riding though.....

There's also a sticky in the efi section for the PA, lots of good info in there.

Watch some of the Videos on FM or Dynajet web site. Just learn the basics and don't try to Autotune until you are familiar with it. First thing is to run the update client from the PowerVision program menu. Very simple. The manual is very large and very good. The videos are nice. FM should have installed the new map on the PV and will have instructions in top of the box on how to install. Very simple. Will also marry to bike.
Also take the FLVIEDS off and hook the O2's back up as when new. You don't need them anymore.
When installing software make sure to install the correct one, either 32 bit or 64 to match you operating system on PC.

It was a referance to where he is from. Queensland has some laws that are specifically non biker orientated and take away any civil rights if you ride a bike.

If you use your run "on-off" switch….. make sure you turn it on, after you turn on the ignition switch….

First few times I used my PV I couldn't understand why it said it couldn't detect the ECM…..

Sadly it had to happen to me twice before I learned……

Been caught by this one several times. Causes the same problem with SEPST and the TTS. I never use my on off and lots of others always use it. Got to where I will check before I plug the PV in. Another thing I have run into is using the same USB port. I have used a Laptop at the dealership and if you don't plug in to the same USB port each time it won't recognize the PV or SEPST. Not my computer so leave well enough alone.
Sometimes laws suck for motorcycles. Absolutely ridiculous. We have ABATE here that helps us. Our state is trying to pass motorcycle only check points. Had law where grips couldn't be over so many inches above seat. OVer half the new Harleys had grips in violation. It is now changed to can't be above shoulder high.
