Default fairing hidden antenna on 2014 Streetglide

Has anyone with a 2014 touring model installed the new re-designed hidden antenna set-up? If so, how is your FM reception. My dealer says the 2014 system works very well - far better than the earlier model. I'm way past relying on the dealer's comments.

I have one order, will be here next week, will let you know...I usually listen to ipod instead of radio, so reception isn't that important to me, looks alot better with out antenna also.

put one on mine, works great, took seriously 15-20 min tops to install, removed old antenna and kit came with new rubber plug to fill fender, there is already plugs, power and signal, under the fairing ready for the hidden antenna to plug into

I have one, i think its better then the stock whip. The radio has a strength meter and when i added the hidden antenna it went up one bar. I live 45 minutes from the cities so some station were weak but all sound great now.

What is the part number of the one that works. I installed one in mine and it sucks. I cant pick up but maybe 4 stations whereas with the whip I was picking up over 25. The one in the latest catalog is the one that I have. Sure it was easy to install, but I can barely pick up a station even if I was right next door to the station itself.

Great reception here with the hidden antenna and I sure don't miss the boot catcher.
