Have decided it was time for a change. Here is the bike before!!!

And as it sits now. I will be rattle canning my bike satin black. I did the side covers and they came out sweet. Now comes the hard part everything else. I'm hoping I can find a good deal on a 21" front wheel. I'll keep pics posted and enjoy

Nice! Curious what brand of spray paint are you using?

Covers look nice! What kind of prep are you having to do; sand, primer etc.?

John Deere Blitz Black is almost an exact match for the Harley Black Denim, you can get it in Rattle Can or by Pint, Quart or Gallon.
Bike is going to look good, and it's easy to keep clean!

You ought to look at plasti-dip. If you don't like it you can peel it off.

It's not really flat. Flat has no reflective qualities. Satin does. You will be able to see what I'm talking about on the bigger pieces.

I Plastidipped the wheels on my Ram, and all of the badging, and the B pillars.

I am thinking of trying to paint a hood stripe with it.

I like the stuff, and I like I can peel it if I get tired of it.

I have a black denim 2011 street glide. Previous owner obviously waxed the fairing a saddle bag lids. Started spraying parts with john Deere blitz black from rattle cans. Looked good but would scratch real easy. Bike is now stripped and heading to the paint shop. Scarlet red again for me. Something I can wax and shine.
