Default Has anyone changed pipes on SGS

Without adding the HD racing fuel pack

Did you add stage one air cleaner

Dealer highly recommends the fuel tuner by harley $450 with the stage and Vance & Hines big radius, Although I never bought the fuel tuner for my other harleys with SE racing pipes and stage one

HD has two tuners and the price you posted says it's the Screaming Eagle Performance Super Tuner Pro. I used this when I did my stage one and many other have as well. If your going to change the AC to a high flow and replace the mufflers you need to tune the bike so they are right. If your going to do pipes you should consider replacing the factory head pipe with one that does not have a converter "cat". The head pipe with cat generates heat on the right side and really quiets the bike considerably. If your wanting that deep HD rumble and sound and like loud pipes your not going to get that with the stock head pipe.

Default Still running pipes and AC without tuner

My 2012 has catless headers and V&H hi output pipes with quiet baffles and V&H V2 aircleaner no tuner! runs fine! I had the Flvieds but I reckon they made it too rich.
Have a tuner coming in the post.
I can't really notice any difference from standard except a bit more low end sound still runs great.

Supposedly you do not need to change the AC on the 14 when doing the stage 1. I however, am hanging my AC for the looks. I am adding Vance and Hines Dresser Duals with Reinhardt slipons. It will be tuned with the TTS MasterTune by my dealer.
