Default HD brand cleaning products

Maybe there's a thread for this, but aside from the specialty cleaners HD makes, what else do y'all use? I particularly like their denim paint cleaner (haven't seen another brand anyhow) and the polish / glaze. Any alternatives to the denim cleaner that anyone is aware of?

I use dollar store swiffer dusters on my spoke wheels and another for the painted surfaces. And some stuff called "pig snot" to clean the wrinkle black parts of the motor. I'm always looking for something better, or something cheaper, or something quicker. I'd really like some input from the forum members..... And so help me god, if anyone says "AMSOIL" I'll shake a baby!

An alternative to the HD denim cleaner would be Windex. I actually like it a little better than the denim cleaner.

Not another AMSOIL thread...... I use never-dull on my chrome. I do not have denim paint so not sure there. Never tried pig snot but I have heard good things

Just out of curiosity, anyone know who makes the Harley cleaning products? I can't imagine its real 'Harley' cleaner besides the packaging......

I met the guy who supplies HD with all their cleaning supplies out at Sturgis a few years ago. They had the tent where you could wash your bike. He introduced himself and asked what I thought and how the products worked. I had never used Harley cleaning products prior to but do now. They seems to be competitively priced and work good. Try them. I also use S100...

I use "gator-glo" for all surfices. It's another silicone based waterless cleaner tha does a good job of cleaning and protecting. Makes bugs come right off the faring, lights, forks and lowers.

Also Turtle wax "Black Box" kit for regular detailing...

Try Wizards Mist n Shine. The best cleaner and detailing product I have used. Works great on chrome, painted parts & windshield.
