Default Tubeless tires on RKC

My tire has a small nail in it. I think i am covered under ESP, no wear indicators yet with 9,000 miles. Would like to have tubeless tires. Will my dealer be allowed to replace my tube tire with a tubeless tire under ESP? I have heard that this may not work with a tube tire with spokes on a Road King Classic.

Sorry to tell you that with those rims, you are stuck with tubes. Small price to pay for owning the best looking bike out there. Yes I have one, too.

Thank you. Yes, I do like the look of my wheels. Just thought I would check my options here to go tubeless.
Also, I'm wondering if they will give me a new tire under ESP or just put a plug in it. No wear indicator showing yet, but I do have 9K miles and maybe a good think I found a nail in it.

I think that question can be answered with a phone call.

In 2012 HD offered a tubeless tire option on the RKC, I bought one. The wheel is different from the tube wheel, it has a different inner profile. I'm sure that you can buy them, I don't know the price.

I could have bought them when I purchased my 12 rkc. Big bucks. Can't remember exactly but it was more than a grand if memory serves me. No problem with tubes. Eventually tubeless spoked rims need to be tubed or resealed or they begin to lose air....from what I've been told.

Thanks to everyone for the answers. My RKC is a 2011. It looks like I'll just have to stay with the nice whitewall tube tires. I can't afford new rims. I do like the white walls, but not the prospect of a flat tire that can't be repaired or sealed for a quick ride to get it fixed. I'd better get a towing option.

Ride-on is supposed to help seal in the case of puncture. Not as effective with tubes since they tend to tear when punctured but still worth it IMO.
