Default Finally had time to finish installing a few upgrades

Finally finished installing Jason's FCS cooling fans, Mini-Beast Airhorn and Jagg 10 row vertical Oil Cooler. My bike already had the HD parade fan, HD 6 row oil cooler and the wimpy horn had been relocated inside the fairing making it even more wimpy. I didn't do an instructional thread as there are already so many on the FCS and Lowcountry Joe just did a great one on the Jagg; although it was a low-mount. I had to pull the tank to run the horn wires from the fairing and replace the upper engine mount with the one having the stock horn mount. The FCS and airhorn are both hot-wired to the battery through supplied fused-connections. I also got the "enhanced" horn mount from Jason for the Mini-beast. I got the Jagg from Direct Cycle Parts for bout $100 less than MSRP. I also got Jason's 140* low-temp thermostat for the Jagg It would have been an easy install if I hadn't tried to use the braided lines I got from Jagg. I also got the fancy concealed clamps from them and was never able to get one of the lines to go past the nipple. I finally gave up and used the supplied rubber lines with the fancy clamps and they actually look fine. I guess I wasted the $100 I saved. I still have to remove the old HD oil cooler.

I wish I could tell you how cool my engine runs now, but I do feel good bout the upgrades. My horn is DEFINITELY a LOT louder and will hopefully get the attention of some Moron trying to share my lane.

Those are some good upgrades. As I am reading your post my FCS fans are sitting in a box next to me just waiting for some warmer weather so I can go to the garage and install them. I can't wait for my cool bike to run cooler. Good luck with yours.
