Howard's 49mm Fork Review

The diving is basically eliminated , I get no wheel hop , you have extra travel which eliminates hop and improves traction , turbulence stability is good , I was riding 80mph in 15-20mph cross winds on the interstate and the bike was rock solid , slow speed maneuverability I didn't notice a difference , the front end does not need adjustment like the rear end 1up , 2up and loaded

Putting cartridges in a 2014 is pretty reasonable because you already have the forks and don't have to change the triple trees

I did the cce triple tree, race tech springs and ricor valve. I would describe my handling like waskier and tj do their bikes. The best part is having it super stable on rough and bumpy roads. For $1 or $2k and some quality time with our manuals, all of us can have much much better handling bikes.
How much is Howard's kit now?

Maybe it's just me, but I can't find any ordering info on Howard's Motorcycle Metal web site....
I tried to find where it spells out the parts needed, the cost, and how to order. I'd really like to to try out Howard's solution to the pre-'14 triple tree uprade... I just can't find out the particulars.
From what I've read, I believe it involves; 2014 lowers and fork tubes, that the pre-14 fender will bolt up to the '14 lowers with a simple modification to the mounting screws, Howard will fit an Ohlin cartridge in the front tubes, and ship it out with his upper and lower triple trees.... then it should just bolt up to the pre 2012 frames... I think that's how it will work... not sure...
But I can't find any specifics on whether I'm close or way off... plus I'd like to know what it will cost..
I was all set to do the CCE fix, until Howard announced he was close... but that was several months ago.
Has anyone actually purchased the set-up for their bike yet?

His trees and steering stem are about $1200, 30mm Ohlins installed about $1600, plus sliders, tubes, bushings and fork oil. Presumably the best a dresser could handle and ride. A race setup on an overweight pig, which if you're gonna push is the safest.
It will cost $849 for the CCE triple trees/tubes and $1250 for Traxxion adjustable cartridges.
Or you could do the CCE triple trees and emulators or intimidators.
Howard does have some 25mm Ohlins that could fit in the CCE tubes but don't know anything about them.
Perhaps Howard will find time to chime in.
