Greetings,
I have been having issues w/my bike running bad. The symptoms are identical to the speed sensors issues. Put a new one in & a hair better , still "off".
If I was to install a PC V & having a clean map by a dyno, guy would it help?
I am the 2nd owner and only know that the bike had a SE tuner loaded when he bought it, pipes, and air cleaner as well. Thank you.

 

I had one with same problems and ended up being the o2 sens. were backwards in the new pipes. just something to check

Just been through that with o2 sensors reversed. Its ugly. Bike runs like crap. Check it out.

could be any # of sensors,i would not throw a tuner at it until AFTER i found the problem.

 

no 02 sensors on an '02. If has a few miles on it, could possibly be the fuel filter needs replaced.

 

tps,tps adjuster,iac,injecters,crank postion? may have left some out.

No O2's, just under 40K, did the fuel filter, injectors checked, speed sensor chg., no check eng lights, and independent couldn't dupe the problems.

 

So what exactly is it doing? Why can't the indy dup, is it intermittent? Sometimes more info helps. I know most people think that if they give too much info it will cost more but that is wrong. There are several things that can cause the same problem & the one thing you leave out on what it does might be the decifing factor on where to look.
