My new C&C Custom Solo Seat
This is basically a redux of my first C&C Seat but this one has the gel insert for those long miles. I noticed a huge difference for the better as soon as I rode one mile.
For Reference. The first seat.
4 years and 80K miles later, this is the old seat next to the new one. For the record, I performed zero maintenance on the old seat, for what I put it through, I thought it held up exceptionally well. I never conditioned the leather, I just sat on it and rode.
As you can see, the new seat is the same design but a much larger surface area. When I talked to Chuck at C&C Seats, I told him to just let Chuy use his best judgement as far as the scale of the design.
When I fist opened the box, I was little unsure about the size of the art work but once it was placed on the bike, all fears disappeared.

Thanks everyone, I really am digging the gel inserts in this seat but I have to be careful with th sunset of sumer... i have been told that gel can retain heat up to 30 minutes, so I won't be leaving it uncovered in the hot Las Vegas sun that often.
