Default Anyone tried removing the reversion cone on their jackpot mufflers?

Hey all,

Got a power package w/powervision from Fuel Moto not too long ago, still running my stock header with cat intact.

I like the sound, deep at idle and has a decent amount of growl when I grab a fistful, but I still feel left wanting a little more.

So I'm considering de-catting my stock header or maybe getting a different headpipe like a wild pig decatted, cobra power tune duals, dragos h-pipe, or maybe even dresser duals. I was wondering if anyone has made a header switch from stock and at the same time removed the reversion cone (looks like a welded in washer) in the left hand jackpot muffler to accomodate true duals or even h-pipe style headers? Did it detract from the low end torque much, and did you experience a more equalized and more aggressive sound presence from both mufflers after?

I know I'll gain volume alone just by getting rid of the catalyst, but also wondered if it would even out the sound or how it affects performance...just thoughts at this point.
