Welcome to the forums op, normally were a little more helpful but Oils are one of those subject that there's no one best for everyone. You can either read up in the oil section of the forum and try to make an informed decision that way or like a lot of us do the trial and error method. Use motorcycle specific and the rest of the decition is up to you if you want dyno or synthetic, 20-50 or 20-60 etc.....
Where you ride, what temps you ride in and what mods you've done might come in to play with what oil might be good to try. Also how much your willing to pay.
You haven't told us what your riding where you live or if you have any mods?

Anybody know how they both perform with the "4-ball wear test"?

Oil is a matter of choice
What ever you choose as long as it meets spces will work great. I use Mobil 1 full synthetic 20/50 for big v twins.
Be safe out there.

New oil seems to work best. Really old & dirty oil seems to contribute to engine failures.

Pick a Syn oil of your choice, change it, forget about it for 3K, then sleep & repeat!
