What were the original factory shocks? Air or ? The length center to center? Thanks

 

Rear shocks were factory air and 13" in length center to center.

 

so you can use 13" ( or 12" if you want a slight drop and a jouncier ride).

the 09+ version of the shocks is revalved and maybe a little better.

used shocks are all over craigslist

if you do this, make sure that the oil hasn;t leaked out ( best to store upright) and the fittings capped or sealed from dust
