You must have purchased a drain pan, oil filter wrench and funnel as well. If so; what did you do with all that stuff when done.
My 2003 Ultra is using a quart of oil in under 1000 miles. Recently, on a road trip, I checked my oil level while fueling the bike. I was a quart low with 200 miles to go to get home. Down the street was a Discount Auto parts store. They had the V Twin 20W50 in stock and loaned me a funnel to service the bike. Not only is Mobil 1, V Twin 20W50 a superior oil, it is available nearly everywhere. Also, some stores loan the tools to put it in. You can't beat that.
By the way, the high oil consumption is my own fault but I won't get into that now.
Autozone also has free shipping on over $75 and a $25 gift card when you spend $100. Just got 10 qts of Mobil1 20/50 for $96 after tax then Ill get a $25 gift card, so about $7.10 per quart after tax.
Just did the same. However, Autozone's "fine print" on the $25 gift card says it excludes sale items. But, I did use a $2 off per quart of motorcycle oil coupon. So a full case of 12 was $113 shipped to my door.
I also got 2 K&N KC-171c filters for $10 each w/ free shipping from 4 Wheel Parts.
I just picked up 4 quarts at AutoZone. For whatever reason, it rang up $8 off. I got two dollars off each quart and did not bring in any kind of coupon.
