I have the factory HD radio on a 2009 Street Glide. Today the AUX function is not working. The AUX doesn't even show as a function on the radio anymore, It disappeared. It only displays AM, FM, CD, WB, and the AUX is now missing. It happened on my way home.

Please advise.

 

do you have a cable plugged into the AUX outlet? If you do not it won't show up on the display.

 

Yes Sir. I have my Ipod connected to it. Just went in the garage and checked. no AUX function.

 

Have you washed the bike recently, or been in the rain? Try blowing a bit of compressed air in the connector.

 

all I can add is make sure it is pushed in all the way , got on my bike couple weeks ago and just one side of the speakers were working. It turned out I didn't have the cord fully seated into the Iphone.

 

I got caught in a terrible rain storm today. I will try to blow it out.

 

wow! ya learn sumpin' new every day. I just checked my 2007 street glide and sure nuff, no aux function showed on radio. I guess I just never checked it without sumpin plugged into aux. Aux has been working fine. live to ride and learn.......
