Default TC88 mpg?

31.6 seems pretty low. Mods in my sig. What gives?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I have a stock '06 FLHTCI that gives me a constant 45 mpg. Doing any type of engine mod just never spun my gyros.

I think its the black paint getting too hot and expanding causing a lot of resistance and friction. )) sorry couldn't resist. That's what I get on my motor right now.

Pulls hard, runs strong but even before cams it had bad mileage.

I run around 40mpg with country and in town riding. If I'm straight cruising highway all day I'll see 45mpg consistently. Or, even higher.
Mine just has True Duals, a PCIII and a Stage 1 filter.

I would suggest a call to Kevin or Jamie at FuelMoto and explain the issue. They would likely send you a new map. My uneducated guess is that the part throttle maps (I don't know what to call them) are off just a bit. I need to do the same as I have a stumble at 2000 RPM when rolling on the throttle.
