Now that is an idea I have never done with mine. I will have to try it.

I really like being able to sit on the bike while it's jacked up.
I makes it easy to setup peg and handlebar positions.

The HF crowd simply doesn't get it. I would rather use my J&S to swap engines, or just about anything else, than use a lift.

The key here... 'put my strap on it'..... NO strap even thought about with a J&S it is THE most stable platform for a bike there is, period.

Thank you for the posts... I looked at the J&S jack and I'm impressed. Lot of $$ though but I guess it will be worth spending.

I got my J&S jack a couple of weeks ago. First, I had a Harbor Freight jack that was constantly bleeding down and not so stable. Then, I purchased a Blue Point jack from Snap on. It was less stable than the Harbor Freight jack.

I gave the Harbor Freight jack to a friend with a smaller metric bike and I retained the Blue Point jack to raise and lower wheels with when it's time to install new tires.

I only wish I would have spent the money to buy the quality J&S jack to start with. This jack is awesome.

Mine lives on the jack all winter and pretty much anytime it is in the garage. I have got to where I feel more comfortable with it on the jack then just sitting on the floor. One of the best motorcycle spends I ever done.

I have had my J&S for seven years and do not regret it at all. I used the Sears and Harbor freight ones that friends had. I just wanted something more stable. The company is great to deal with. Its nice to know that an American company can produce a quality product.

I have a Pitbull I really like. Put the turn table it, nice to be able to rotate the bike... It's a little high with the table so I have pull up on blocks to get the jack under the frame..
