Default Stage 1 or Stage 2

OK a stupid question here I know many of you can answer.

I am getting some Slip-Ons (DBA Megaphones or Full Boar) for my 09 Road King Classic and want a air cleaner upgrade.

What's the difference in Stage 1 and Stage 2? Not looking to do any motor mods at this time.

thanks in advance.........

all this is in the screamin eagle catalog...

stage 1- hi flow intake and exhaust ( any brand, just hi flow) and some kinda of tuning compensation.

runs from a couple of hundred to a couple of thousand- see the 'how much did you pay for stage 1" thread

stage 2 add cams

stage 1 is the best power bang for buck you'll ever get.

about 7 to 10 HP

cams can add another 5 to 8 ( or so)

if you want a hi flow air cleaner, I use the ness big sucker with chrome backing plate- about S125 on ebay from easternpc

It's best to not even worry about such nonsense like names of levels of mods. Just do what you want and call it that way.

cams add 5-8? bwahahahahaaa... right right... clearly youve never seen before/after dyno's of adding cam's.

you can expect more than 5-8 from cams... 10-15+ at least if not more.
