Default brake fluid

Hey guys, how often do you change your brake fluid? Dealer said every 2k miles which I thought was rediculous.

I think the dealer meant every 2 years (according to the SM) not miles. I pull clean fluid every year as part of my winter layup. The fluid only costs a few bucks and it doesn't take very long.

He said 2K because most park their pretty new HD in the garage and just admire it... Those of us that put miles on them need to change every couple years...

I recently flushed my brake fluid at 3 years, and it still looked good.
I may go 3 - 4 years before I do it again.
No big deal.

He probably meant to say "every 2 years".
