I hear ya .. I put it off for months with cables all braided and bars grips it was a G note in parts... adds up fast .... thk god for credit !!

Went with Diamond Back Silver Braided Cables....$$$ Costly but wanted it Right first time

 

When I was sizing up the choices for mine, I went to the dealer and found a 2012 FLHX trade-in with H-D 12" Mini Apes installed. I sat on it on three different occasions before deciding that weren't quite high enough to make feel comfortable.

Long story short: Went with the 12" Yaffe Classic Bagger Apes (which are actually closer to 14" when you measure them). What a difference. They look great and I feel so much more comfortable now.

I went with Magnum Sterling Chromite lines and H-D Magnum Grips to finish the look. I'm very happy with the new setup.

I looked @ the Yaffe Bars as they all looked Great
and would have gone that route other then the hassle of border crossing

 

Went for a 3 hour Ride , and felt real good , sitting position feels so much better
Looks a 100 Percent Better Too , Less Geezer
