I'm tired of the headlight discussion. This LED looks like it's single beam (not high and low) but it may be ok for you. I continue to purchase the cheap H4 bulbs 55W/60 in 5000 brightness from a vendor on EBay at $5 or less per bulb. It lasts about a year and I run about 20K miles a year or more to give an idea of hour usage. When it burns out, I'll have the opportunity to pull things apart and clean. I hope this works out for you though.

I'm definately subscribed to this thread. I'm a believer in "you get what you pay for", so I'm very skeptical about this. Also, the description doesn't say if it's single "filament" or Hi/Lo beam as a headlight should be. Interested in that as well. Looking forward to your review.

I had bought a set of cree led's for my rg, they had a balast and they were pretty bright, I wasn't crazy about the pattern, they never made it out of my garage, 80 bucks down the toilet, I went with an HID setup.

Someone said on this post that this LED light I am waiting for is not high and low. But fellows, it is. It is a three prong,GND,HIgh beam and low. So I do not know what this person is talking about. Google H4 gead light pins and you will see what I mean. As soon as I get I will post results

I'm interested in this also, I run a $60.00 PIAA bulb in my bike and am not thrilled with it....

An Osram 65/70 bulb, a relay and a ceramic plug wired in with 14 gauge wire(12 ga is better) will give yo the most bang for yer buck.

currently running a ddm hid on a street glide, so far so good. Light is pretty solid overall, really tempted on the truck lite phase 7 at $170 off ebay though. Trying to hold off till I test out the HID little longer.

No it won't. My $5 solution works great. Brighter than stock, spreads the light and lasts a long time.
